Carriacou,
which is also part of Grenada is another short hop away from PSV. The guide
book quotes a local gentleman in saying "This is an island with over 100 rum
shops and only 1 gas station." And the gas station closes for an hour mid-day
as they fill their tanks and the banks close at 2:00 and they roll up the
streets by 8 PM on a Saturday night! But there are some good dive shops.
